As an Apprenticeship Specialist, you will guide apprentices, leaders, and stakeholders throughout structured apprenticeship journeys. You will coordinate registrations, training requirements, school scheduling, and reporting. The work supports workforce planning, technical talent development, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Guide apprentices, supervisors, managers, and branch leaders
Coordinate registrations, training requirements, and school scheduling
Maintain apprentice records, databases, and reporting systems
Develop reports, metrics, and key performance indicators




Identify continuous improvement opportunities within training programs
Requirements: Three years of relevant administration or workforce development experience
Apprenticeship, skilled trades, or technical training experience preferred
Robust organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Support Toromont Cat apprentices through coordinated administration, technical training, compliance, reporting, and workforce development initiatives.
