The City of Mississauga is seeking a Supervisor, Attendance & Lost Time to lead programs supporting employee health, wellness, and return-to-work outcomes. You will partner with HR, Labour Relations, and Legal to enforce policies and streamline attendance management across a large workforce.
In office five days a week, you will supervise Specialists, advise senior leaders, and drive program improvements with data analysis and reporting.
