This full time Project Coordinator works alongside the Project Manager from kickoff through closeout. You will support project delivery through tracking, documentation, procurement, and proactive issue escalation. The role involves access control, CCTV, intercoms, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Maintain schedules, timelines, trackers, and status updates
Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Track approvals, milestones, materials, invoices, and outstanding information




Prepare reports, documentation, records, and closeout items
Requirements: One to three years of project coordination experience
Understanding of access control, CCTV, and intercoms
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Apply project coordination, low-voltage systems knowledge, and proactive follow-through to commercial security delivery in Burnaby.
