As an Overnight Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and manage operations according to Company guidelines. You lead Associates, interpret sales and financial reports, manage budgets, and respond to market changes. You also coordinate operational plans, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Drive profitable sales through goals, forecasts, and budget management
Prioritize operational plans and direct Managers and Associates
Monitor asset protection, safety, quality, and compliance controls
Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within guidelines
Conduct meetings, recognize accomplishments, and develop Associates
Requirements: Be at least 16 years old
Ability to analyze sales and financial reports
Ability to manage expenditures and store operational plans
Ability to provide respectful performance feedback
Ability to handle merchandise and cash controls
