You will interpret provincial regulations, analyze claim details, and support national Auto Claims teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex towing and storage claims across North America
Negotiate fees, vehicle releases, and settlements
Guide and mentor Auto Claims teams
Investigate fraud indicators with stakeholders and vendors
Maintain detailed reviews and records in claims systems
Requirements: University degree, related college diploma, or completed CIP
Minimum two years of claims adjusting experience
Personal auto and commercial claims handling experience
Solid negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Claims systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
