Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily nursing department operations
Participate in Care Conferences with residents and families
Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical team members




Apply disciplinary processes with leadership
Assess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practices
Requirements: Current Registered Practical, Registered Psychiatric, or Licensed Practical Nurse registration
Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
Experience developing resident service plans
Current knowledge of provincial regulations and legislation
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
