Selby Jennings is partnered with a mid-market Investment Bank seeking an experienced Vice President for its M&A; Advisory team. The role covers strategic advisory, sell-side and buy-side transactions, capital raising, and corporate finance initiatives. You will manage transactions while guiding clients and junior bankers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead sell-side, buy-side, merger, divestiture, and advisory engagements
Manage diligence, analysis, valuation, and deal coordination
Prepare CIMs, marketing materials, presentations, and board materials
Build financial models and merger consequences analyses




Coordinate clients, buyers, investors, attorneys, accountants, and advisors
Requirements: Five to ten or more years of investment banking experience
Significant M&A; transaction execution experience
Solid financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in DCF, comparable companies, precedents, and merger modeling
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
