As Production Shift Leader Supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and develop frontline team members. The position requires manufacturing experience, supervisory leadership, OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMP knowledge. You will help teams meet targets while supporting quality, materials, and process performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple production lines and frontline manufacturing teams
Ensure safe practices, inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Verify quality checks and lot tracking under HACCP
Coordinate equipment, materials, supplies,



and manpower availability
Optimize equipment and processes for downtime and waste targets
Requirements: Minimum five years’ manufacturing experience
Minimum two years’ Lead Hand or supervisory experience
Experience with OSHA regulations, HACCP, and Food GMPs
Understanding of inventory and materials management
Availability for any shift, overtime, and weekends
Bring manufacturing supervision, food safety knowledge, and explicit communication to Wonderbrands production operations in Langley.
