As a Technical Recruiter, you will recruit across Engineering, Research, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Physical AI. You will partner with hiring managers, leaders, and the Talent & People team. Your work will build teams developing data infrastructure for embodied AI systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting across specialized technical functions
Source candidates through AI, research, and targeted outreach
Partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
Build pipelines with research labs, universities, and communities
Design AI tools, recruiting systems,



and scalable operations
Requirements: Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies
Experience recruiting Engineering, Research, Robotics, or Physical AI talent
Solid experience building AI agents and recruiting workflows
Experience managing high-volume, hard-to-fill searches
Ability to influence, solve creatively, and work through ambiguity
