This individual establishes technology strategy, collaborates with Innovation and IT, and influences digital delivery, solution development, and practice support. The role advances efficiency, customer experience, governance, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the Energy & Resources digital strategy
Assess digital initiatives, business cases, budgets, and measurable return on investment
Guide governance, security, privacy, and compliance controls
Lead change management, training,



and digital capability development
Facilitate collaboration across leaders, Business Operating Units, and partners
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant practice area
Over seven years of professional experience
Comprehensive understanding of AEC digital technologies
Experience implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projects
Technical certifications relevant to the position
Bring AEC digital expertise, strategic leadership, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and analytics experience to Stantec’s Energy & Resources practice.
