As Senior Manager, Market Operations, you will build, operate, and scale Gatik's assigned regional presence. You will lead multidisciplinary site operations across depot logistics, fleet performance, customer SLAs, driver management, and vendors. The work connects hands-on leadership with regional growth in a tech-forward R&D; setting.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee depot, freight, yard, and fueling operations
Coordinate maintenance, field testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Lead driver, field operator, and technician workforce management
Enforce safety, compliance, incident response, and reporting




Execute market launches, route expansion, and scalable growth
Requirements: Six to ten-plus years of operational leadership experience
Experience managing multidisciplinary fleet and safety teams
Expertise in freight flows, yard management, and dock staging
Knowledge of commercial fleet fueling infrastructure
Solid mechanical understanding of commercial vehicle systems
