This senior L3 DBA position requires 8–14 years of database administration experience. You will manage SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and Azure Virtual Machines. The work emphasizes troubleshooting, automation, security, high availability, disaster recovery, migrations, and production incident management.
Key Responsibilities: Administer SQL Server across on-premises and Azure environments
Tune queries, indexing, statistics, TempDB, memory, and storage
Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, regressions, and performance bottlenecks
Implement Always On, replication, clustering,



and log shipping
Lead incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Requirements: 8–14 years of relevant database administration experience
Advanced Microsoft SQL Server and Azure DBA expertise
Hands-on T-SQL, PowerShell, and Azure CLI experience
Experience with backups, recovery, migrations, upgrades, and patching
Solid communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
