This Director and Head role oversees Enterprise Identity Access within Enterprise Security. You will manage access certification, privileged access, identity tools, roadmap execution, and partnerships across technology, operations, business, and security. The position supports human and non-human identities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead global Enterprise Identity and Access Management operations
Oversee access certification and privileged access management
Drive multi-year human and non-human identity roadmap
Manage IAM programs and projects across the Bank
Build partnerships supporting standards, controls, and solutions
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
Equivalent work experience accepted
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC
Knowledge of IAM laws, regulations, and guidelines
Financial services experience with SOX, OCC, NIST, ISO/IEC, or FFIEC
Shape Scotiabank’s global IAM roadmap through identity engineering, privileged access, certification, and enterprise security leadership.
