Key Responsibilities: Lead FinTech application design, development, testing, and deployment
Architect scalable, secure, high-performance software solutions
Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence
Define technical requirements and roadmaps with stakeholders
Implement code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements: Seven years of professional software development experience minimum
Two years in a lead or senior role minimum
Experience with Java, Python, Go, C#, or up-to-date languages
