Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Finance Technology Solution Delivery to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise finance platforms for a leading Global Fashion Retailer.

This leader will partner with senior Finance, Technology, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Risk stakeholders to modernize critical business processes and deliver scalable technology solutions.

The portfolio includes ERP, financial close, procure-to-pay, tax, reporting, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise finance technology expertise with solid people leadership, executive stakeholder management, and end-to-end solution delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise finance technology solutions.

Lead the full solution delivery lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.

Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to translate business priorities into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Oversee enterprise finance platforms, including SAP ECC or S/4HANA, financial close, procure-to-pay, tax, and reporting solutions.

Develop business cases and evaluate solution costs, ROI, total cost of ownership, platform budgets, and vendor spend.

Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, governance, and performance management.

Ensure solution designs meet security, data governance, internal control, audit, and SOX requirements.

Guide integration, configuration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.

Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes through AI, intelligent automation, Microsoft Copilot, agentic workflows, and Power Automate.

Advise senior executives on technology decisions, risks, investments, and delivery priorities.

Lead change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies.





Build and develop a high-performing team with clear priorities, accountability, and career development opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions within a complex organization.

Deep understanding of ERP and Finance platforms, ideally including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Experience across financial close, procure-to-pay, tax, reporting, and related Finance processes.

Proven ownership of large-scale technology programs across the complete SDLC.

Experience managing technology portfolios, budgets, vendors, contracts, and implementation partners.

Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, audit requirements, and enterprise data governance.

Demonstrated ability to partner with executive Finance and Technology stakeholders.

Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary technology teams.

Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Familiarity with AI, intelligent automation, and workflow technologies applied within enterprise Finance.
