As Senior Manager, Strategy and Analytics, you will advise business leadership across Canada, with links to UK and US Card teams. Lead analysts, formulate strategies, and influence senior leaders on critical decisions. Apply financial modeling, economic forecasting, and project management to complex lending challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies supporting growth, profitability, and competitive success
Create lending product, pricing, and modeling strategies
Improve credit performance through models and rigorous monitoring
Coordinate business requirements, delivery sequencing, and concurrent programs




Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance
Requirements: Four-plus years quantitative analysis and project management experience
Ability to lead cross-functional strategy from inception through implementation
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Experience with quantitative or qualitative analysis preferred
Financial modeling and economic forecasting experience preferred
Use strategic leadership, credit risk expertise, and analytics to influence Capital One Canada’s lending decisions and business outcomes.
