Lead telecommunications and utility field operations at Encepta, guiding managers and strengthening safe, reliable delivery across British Columbia and Alberta.
Reporting to the COO, you will lead four experienced field managers in a growing technical services setting. You will plan field work, allocate resources, manage delivery performance, and connect crews with engineering, data, program, and account teams. Vehicle-mounted LiDAR, in-house software, and advanced data technology support the work.
Key Responsibilities: Coach four field managers and strengthen accountability
Coordinate crews, vehicles, equipment, and scheduling
Standardize processes, training, and performance measures
Partner with technology teams to embed field tools
Manage budgets,



subcontractors, resources, and delivery costs
Requirements: Typically fifteen or more years of progressive operations experience
Field leadership in telecommunications, utilities, or technical services
Practical safety leadership around live infrastructure
Experience improving processes and introducing change
Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Bring field leadership, safety discipline, operational ownership, and technology curiosity to Encepta’s infrastructure data operations.
