As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support project leadership and help establish project culture. The work spans strategic workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. You will coordinate with partner organizations, subcontractor HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Operationalize project strategy through organizational capabilities and processes
Lead workforce recruitment plans with Talent Acquisition and leadership
Coordinate the project HR plan and subcontractor HR teams




Lead onboarding and support employees throughout their lifecycle
Maintain personnel tracking documents and validate candidates
Requirements: University degree or program in Human Resources Management
Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experience with performance management and complex employee relations
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Bilingualism in French and English
Bring strategic workforce planning, employee relations, and stakeholder coordination skills to AtkinsRéalis’s major hydroelectric project.
