As a Registered Nurse with ParaMed, you will care for patients of all ages in various settings. You will assess individualized needs, monitor care plans, and build therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients using appropriate tools and techniques
Execute and continuously monitor individualized care plans
Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement
Maintain and update professional patient records
Provide required after-hours on-call coverage
Requirements: Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled visits
Community care experience is an asset
