As Strategic Finance Manager, you will report to the VP of Finance and partner with functional leaders, the CFO, founders, board, and investors. You will own planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial cases for products, verticals, channels, partnerships, and vendor spend.
Key Responsibilities: Own driver-based operating models for existing and new business lines
Run annual budgeting and long-range planning processes end to end
Lead forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews
Translate results into executive narratives and business insights
Evaluate planning systems and own implementation rollout




Requirements: Four-plus years of relevant experience
Relevant investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A; experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field
Solid modeling, three-statement, scenario, sensitivity, and GAAP knowledge
Experience with CAC, LTV, payback, retention, and contribution margin
