Bantrel seeks a Project Integration Manager for its Infrastructure team supporting Metrolinx and the Ontario Line Subway Project. Reporting to the Project Integration Lead, this senior integration role coordinates delivery sequencing, project controls, construction logistics, and handover planning. You will help improve cross-package visibility and support decisions affecting multiple contracts, disciplines, and downstream activities.
Key Responsibilities: Align cross-contract schedules, milestone assumptions, and mitigation strategies
Maintain visibility of critical interdependencies affecting infrastructure readiness
Coordinate handover readiness, sequencing, and transition milestones




Facilitate integrated scenario planning across delivery teams
Coordinate shared access and construction logistics
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering
15+ years relevant experience or 19+ years work experience
Major engineering or construction project delivery experience
Experience with planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
Senior railway systems integration experience across project phases
