This client-facing FX Risk Solutions Sales role sits within RBC Capital Markets Risk Solutions Group. You will manage commercial clients, optimize revenue, and deliver differentiated FX offerings aligned with client objectives. The role requires FX derivatives knowledge, advisory capability, and proven relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a focused commercial client portfolio
Convert transactional activity into structured hedging solutions
Partner with banking, structuring, trading, execution, and digital teams
Provide consultative FX education and bespoke solution design




Conduct risk assessments and maintain trade documentation
Requirements: Solid understanding of forwards, swaps, and options
Prior experience in FX sales or risk management
Proven complex relationship management and revenue growth
Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
French, English, or Mandarin proficiency is an asset
