As Regional Head of Implementations at Thredd, you will lead complex projects and programmes across multiple markets. You will balance operational control, commercial priorities, team development, and delivery excellence. Your work will support consistent customer outcomes while meeting regulatory, cultural, and market requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation delivery from requirements definition through post-launch embedding
Develop diverse teams across locations, cultures, and time zones
Own regional performance, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
Build relationships with clients, suppliers, schemes, regulators, and leaders




Adapt strategies for regional compliance and market requirements
Requirements: Deep payments and cards industry expertise
Knowledge of authorisation, clearing, chargebacks, interfaces, and message types
Experience leading complex programmes across multiple markets
Understanding of Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and local networks
Exceptional influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bring regional implementation leadership, payments expertise, and stakeholder influence to deliver high-quality outcomes across APAC and MENA.
