This senior position coordinates licensing work throughout construction, operations, maintenance, and abandonment activities. You will advise internal and external stakeholders, interpret regulatory requirements, and support compliant decisions across the organization. The role also includes mentoring team members and leading special regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare compliant pipeline and facility license applications
Complete technical reviews and compile audit documentation
Interpret regulatory requirements and recommend informed business decisions




Monitor regulatory changes and recommend change management actions
Liaise with regulatory bodies on emerging issues
Requirements: Eight or more years licensing pipelines and facilities in Alberta
Post-secondary education in engineering, environment, or related field
Understanding of AER DDS and OneStop systems
Experience with Accumap, Abadata, Petrinex, SharePoint, Spotfire, and Power BI
Robust analytical, communication, project, and process implementation skills
Apply regulatory guidance, licensing expertise, and analytical problem-solving to support Cenovus pipeline and facility compliance.
