Own solution design, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment

Requirements: Eight years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
Three full-cycle Employee Central and Time implementations
Employee Central certification
Configuration, data migration, and integration proficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
