This Site Superintendent oversees daily activities while reporting to the Construction Manager or Project Manager. The work includes coordinating trades, managing schedules, monitoring costs, and maintaining safety standards. You will also support inspections, documentation, finishing activities, and homeowner walkthroughs.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction activities on multi-family residential projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and onsite personnel
Monitor schedules, milestones, project progress, and cost reports
Implement inspections, deficiency tracking,



and corrective actions
Coordinate homeowner walkthroughs and move-in schedules
Requirements: Minimum three to five years as a Site Superintendent
Knowledge of residential methods, materials, systems, and trade coordination
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
Understanding of quality control, site safety, and building codes
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
