The work combines probabilistic modeling, machine learning, and engineering judgment. You will support models that help operators explain risk assessments and reliability calculations under regulatory scrutiny.
Key Responsibilities: Migrate probabilistic model code to Irth’s new platform
Validate results against current production implementations
Extend coverage across transmission pipeline threats
Build time-series, anomaly detection, and geospatial models




Present sensitivity analyses and validation evidence
Requirements: North American oil and gas transmission experience
Pipeline integrity management and threat identification experience
Probabilistic risk or reliability modeling experience
Machine learning experience with physical asset data
Python, testing, reproducibility, and code review practices
Apply pipeline integrity, probabilistic risk, machine learning, and Python expertise to defensible transmission infrastructure models.
