Lead retail security at Kith in Vancouver through vigilant monitoring, crowd management, and calm responses during store operations. This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity.
The Security Lead partners with the Head of Security and General Manager on daily retail security responsibilities. You will protect staff, customers, guests, and property while supporting entrances, sales-floor awareness, product releases, and store operations. The position requires qualified, detail-oriented conduct and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor entrances and manage traffic entering and leaving
Observe sales floors for potential theft and fraud
Manage lines and crowds outside the store
Support security guards at a supervisory level




Assist product releases and emergency responses
Requirements: Valid State Security Guard License, Certificate, or Guard Card
Two to three years of security experience
One to three years in customer-facing environments
Effective communication and conflict de-escalation abilities
Flexible evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and releases availability
Bring retail security, crowd management, and observant judgment to Kith’s Vancouver store while supporting secure customer experiences.
