Impulso is hiring a Junior Account Manager for its growing Latin America team. You will support two to four Shopify DTC accounts as an operational backbone. The early-career position includes project coordination, client communication, email execution, Shopify updates, reporting, and cross-team handoffs.
Key Responsibilities: Keep projects on time across two to four Shopify accounts
Schedule meetings and draft contact reports after calls
Compile briefs using client inputs and research
Build Klaviyo templates, flows, pop-ups, and forms
Track deadlines,



approvals, budgets, and deliverables in tools
Requirements: Fluent, confident spoken and written English
One to two-plus years coordinating, operating, or marketing
Robust organization and on-time delivery habits
Comfort learning Klaviyo, Shopify, Asana, Airtable, and Slack
Working hours aligned with Toronto, nine to five Eastern Time
Develop Shopify account coordination expertise through Klaviyo execution, organized delivery, client communication, and cross-functional agency collaboration.
