Coordinate hospitality sales and catering details with precision, supporting smaller groups, contracts, and event execution. Work with the Sales team under the Director of Sales.
The Sales & Catering Coordinator solicits, contracts, and finalizes smaller groups with or without event space. You will support lodging, meeting space, catering, and special events aligned with sales and marketing objectives. The position requires hospitality sales experience, organization, and careful follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and finalize client contractual agreements within established parameters
Upsell menu options and conduct client site inspections
Plan function space schedules to manage meeting room revenue
Coordinate room blocks, billing, audiovisual needs,



and event spaces
Share group details with operational departments and sales teams
Requirements: One or two years of hospitality sales experience
Robust Microsoft Office and computer skills
Opera PMS knowledge considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Evening and weekend availability for event needs
Bring hospitality sales, catering coordination, organization, and client communication skills to support successful group events and hotel sales activities.
