Support Aplin’s award-winning partner within its growing transportation practice. You will manage major highway assignments, including P3 and alternative delivery projects, while coordinating engineers, project managers, and technical specialists. Your work will address safety, mobility, connectivity, and efficiency across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex MTO highway design projects from planning through completion
Manage budgets, schedules, resources, quality standards, and project risks
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all project phases
Collaborate with clients, agencies, partners,



and stakeholders
Support proposals, pursuits, cost estimates, and alternative delivery projects
Requirements: P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario registration preferred
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
10+ years managing complex transportation infrastructure projects
Hands-on MTO highway design and project management experience
Experience leading teams, managing requirements, and developing others
