You will support Digital Refinance and centralized funder workflows while improving customer and internal experiences. The work connects business strategy with Scrum team execution across banking and lending products.
Key Responsibilities: Provide digital product leadership for home financing transformation
Support the Digital Refinance initiative
Develop workflows for a centralized funder model
Create and execute explicit product roadmaps
Partner with business, technology, operations,
and executives
Requirements: Five or more years in Product Management or Ownership
Banking or financial services industry experience
Hands-on mortgage, refinancing, or lending product experience
Knowledge of origination, adjudication, fulfillment, and servicing
Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and Scrum teams
Apply mortgage lifecycle knowledge, roadmap leadership, and stakeholder influence to digital refinancing and lending transformation initiatives.
