Support OPTrust’s Investment Division as a Relationship Advisor in Toronto’s hybrid workplace, using relationship management and executive administration skills daily.
This 12-month contract reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer and supports the Office of the CIO. You will coordinate stakeholders, projects, committees, events, and business administration while advancing investment priorities. The work suits an organized professional managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships for the Office of the CIO
Manage CIO interaction requests, debrief notes, and follow-up actions
Lead budget planning, monitoring, forecasting, invoices, and expenses
Coordinate committees, agendas, materials, meetings, and action items




Provide confidential calendar, communications, recruitment, and event support
Requirements: Minimum seven years supporting investment professionals and C-suite executives
Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated written, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Effective technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications
Skilled discretion and relationship management skills
Bring executive support, stakeholder coordination, and investment administration expertise to OPTrust’s Toronto-based Office of the CIO.
