Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to partner with the Store Manager on sales, operations and team development. The role focuses on driving performance while delivering Coach’s exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and through omni-channel initiatives.
You will recruit and coach team members, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to brand standards and store policies. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is required.
