Key Responsibilities: Operate Snowcats safely and efficiently across winter routes
Build, maintain, and groom frost roads
Prepare winter work areas and utility sites
Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues




Coordinate site activities with supervisors and operators
Requirements: Previous Snowcat operating experience in construction or similar environments
Experience with frost road construction and winter access
Ability to operate safely in changing terrain
Solid understanding of equipment safety and inspections
Eligibility to work in Canada
Support Northern Alberta construction with Snowcat operation, frost road maintenance, equipment inspections, and disciplined winter safety practices.
