Recommend personnel actions such as hire and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers. Experience; 2-3 years or more as team leader or supervisor in a construction site setting. Perks others, bonuses. Wages $38.00 per hour for a 40-hour week. Work Site; Outside work in all weather
