The Operations Supervisor manages day-to-day station sort activities and assigned Cargo Handlers. This position guides proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures. It also ensures administrative processes follow FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Direct assigned Cargo Handlers and station sort activities
Lead proper package handling and routing procedures
Recover potential service failures within station operations
Mentor, coach, and train employees
Ensure administrative processes remain compliant
Requirements: College degree
Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
Two years supervisory experience in a related industry
Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
