Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :** • Serve as an expert on Microsoft 365 products and services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI, as well as Azure, for migrations, support, integration, and architecture; • Administer, update, and support Microsoft 365 policies and configurations, and make required technical improvements and fixes; • Orchestrate Microsoft 365 service solutions with the various partners for several Microsoft products and services; • Provide direct technical support to front-line officers; • Create technical content and resource materials for the teams involved; • Analyze the different security options according to license levels E3 and E5 as well as Azure Information Protection P1 and P2; • Assess technology needs, determine possible solutions, analyze costs and advantages, and recommend appropriate solutions; • Participate in experimental studies,



including test benches and proofs of concept; • Write technical specifications for the configuration and installation of hardware and software components; • Support the implementation of technological infrastructures as well as investigation and problem-solving work; • Support and resolve complex technical problems by providing and documenting detailed and appropriate explanations. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** • Have five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, or supporting Microsoft solutions based on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange; • Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience with the security and compliance principles of the Microsoft 365 platform; • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager components, including Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure AD, Defender, Microsoft 365, Autopilot, and Desktop Analytics, as well as networking protocols; • Proficient in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit (MAP), single sign-on (SSO), DNS, and DHCP, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience; • Knowledge of Windows technologies, including File Services, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience; • Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with other services on the Microsoft 365 platform; • Have a minimum of five (5) years of technical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure products; • Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with IaaS infrastructures, including Azure and virtual machines, as well as with network architecture including switches, routers and firewalls; • Proficient in desktop virtualization with Hyper-V and VMware, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
