The Role
Metric DCX is partnered with a leading Canadian general contractor delivering 3 hyperscale data center projects in Edmonton, Alberta, with immediate hiring needs on the project management team.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project delivery and performance
Manage schedule, budget, cost, quality and safety
Run project financials, forecasting and risk (Senior PM, PM)
Lead MEP procurement, subcontractor strategy and delivery (Senior MEP Manager)
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
Partner with field and preconstruction teams to drive execution
Build strong client relationships and resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
Senior roles: 10+ years in construction with large, complex projects. PM: 5+ years
Proven background at a large general contractor




Robust understanding of MEP, structural and civil scopes (deep MEP expertise for the Senior MEP Manager)
Proven ability to manage financials, schedules and subcontractors
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Data center or mission-critical experience, though not required. Healthcare, semiconductor and large industrial PMs are encouraged to apply
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
Candidates from the US and Europe welcome, with visa sponsorship available
