Ignacio Family seeks a home support worker for two seniors in their own residence. The work includes personal care, mobility assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also accompany appointments, organize outings, maintain safety, and record health information.
Key Responsibilities: Assist seniors with all aspects of personal care
Support balance, mobilization, and daily living activities
Accompany seniors to doctors’ appointments and organize outings
Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping tasks
Maintain safety and record daily health information
Requirements: At least one year of recent paid caregiving experience
Equivalent completion of Canadian secondary school education
First Aid or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate, or willingness to train
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Mature, honest, independent, reliable, and compassionate approach
Support seniors in Langley through compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, household support, and accurate daily records.
