The Assistant Manager is a key store leader supporting the Store Manager at Foot Locker. You will coach associates, engage customers, and help deliver product knowledge and robust service. The position combines floor leadership with opening, closing, cash handling, store execution, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead customer interactions with energy, confidence, and solutions
Coach associates on service and product knowledge
Support sales goals through active floor leadership
Manage opening, closing, cash handling, and floor coverage
Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled
Requirements: At least one year of retail experience
Leadership or key holding experience preferred
