This Sales Associate position supports customers, transactions, stocking, and store presentation. You will build product knowledge, communicate product features, and drive sales through suggestive selling. The position also supports the Store Manager with reports and special projects.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and understand their individual needs
Provide personalized product recommendations and product information
Process transactions accurately through the Point of Sale system
Receive shipments and replenish sales floor inventory
Maintain merchandise organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, move throughout stores, and lift 25 pounds
Use customer service, product knowledge, and suggestive selling to represent the brand and support seasonal retail operations.
