Tahltan Nation Development Corporation seeks an on-site HR lead for its remote mine operation. You will advise employees and supervisors, support workforce planning, and maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration while supporting Tahltan employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide daily HR guidance to employees and supervisors
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
Maintain confidential HR records and update procedures
Assist performance management, coaching, and return-to-work programs




Coordinate training, payroll inquiries, and HR reporting
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
Two to five years of HR experience
Knowledge of BC employment standards and HR best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently in office within a 2x2 rotation
Bring employee relations, recruitment, and performance management expertise to support TNDC’s workforce at Red Chris Mine.
