As Assistant Produce Manager, you will help deliver Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience through collaborative leadership and daily team engagement. You will support departmental strategies, team development, operational standards, and customer service. The work includes administrative responsibilities and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service
Execute departmental strategies and performance objectives
Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members
Lead huddles, share goals, and provide feedback




Maintain merchandising, staffing, cleanliness, and inventory operations
Requirements: Passion for exceptional customer service
Business post-secondary education and one year supervisory experience
Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Experience using computer software and manual systems
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
