Support Bethany's Calgary Corporate Office as a Corporate Receptionist and Office Assistant using organization, discretion, and strong communication skills.
This full time, permanent position provides front desk coverage and administrative support under the Executive Assistant's guidance. You will welcome visitors, manage calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with documents, data entry, invoices, correspondence, and onboarding. The work supports Bethany's Service Excellence commitment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, employees, and stakeholders
Answer, direct, and respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Provide document formatting, data entry, invoice, and correspondence support
Assist Human Resources with new employee onboarding documentation




Manage shared mailboxes and redirect inquiries appropriately
Requirements: Recognized administrative, business, or office management program completion
Minimum three years of administrative experience
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms
Discretion handling confidential information and privacy requirements
Bring professional reception, administrative coordination, and confidential information handling skills to Bethany's Calgary Corporate Office.
