This four-month co-op internship supports TMX Cash Management and Transtar operations. You will generate CRA tax slips and summaries for shareholder distributions paid on clients’ behalf. The work requires analytical expertise, detailed financial reconciliation, client communication, and deadline-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities: Reconcile client funding letters against Transtar distribution records
Generate year-end tax reports and CSV export files
Validate tax characteristics and CRA account numbers with clients
Review, create, and import TaxPrep files
Generate, deliver,



and upload CRA tax filings
Requirements: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas
Strong numerical reasoning and financial reconciliation abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous approach to high-volume regulatory deadlines
Co-op internship availability from January 4 to April 30, 2027
