Inventory Coordinator
Join a growing medical device company making a real impact on lives. We're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a clean, modern facility.

What You'll Do

Receive and process incoming inventory

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Schedule deliveries and ensure on-time shipping

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts

Update and track inventory using ERP systems (SAGE preferred)

Coordinate with internal teams on inventory and order status

Support shipping and receiving activities

Operate a reach truck (training/certification provided if needed)

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years of warehouse experience, including order picking

Shipping and receiving experience

Strong computer skills, including Excel

Experience with ERP systems (SAGE is an asset)

Ability to accurately manage inventory and cycle counts

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Solid communication skills in English

Reach truck experience is an asset, but training is available

Nice to Have

Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

Previous SAGE experience

Prior reach truck certification

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
