The Liquor Store Supervisor directs Liquor Store Clerk/Cashiers while reporting to the Liquor Store Manager. This position coordinates stocking, ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and opening or closing duties. It also supports training, performance management, administrative work, and compliance with Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service and handle questions, comments, and complaints
Direct employees through organized daily liquor store functions
Order, receive, store, and inventory merchandise and supplies
Open and close stores, balance tills,



and complete reports
Maintain displays, pricing, cleanliness, equipment, and safety standards
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age
Grade 12 education or equivalent education and experience
Liquor experience and strong product knowledge
Basic receiving, ordering, merchandising, and office software skills
Knowledge of provincial liquor regulations and required courses
Support Calgary Co-op liquor operations with supervision, customer service, ordering, receiving, cash handling, and compliance expertise.
