As a Care Advocate, you will become the first patient contact and support positive experiences throughout each visit. The work combines appointment coordination, customer service, billing assistance, and electronic records management. You will also coordinate with the chiropractor and clinic team.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients with a warm, professional front-desk experience
Schedule, confirm, cancel, and follow up on appointments
Answer calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries
Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing documentation




Maintain patient information, electronic files, and clinic documentation
Requirements: Customer service, reception, administration, or healthcare experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfort using computers, email, scheduling software, and digital records
Jane App or healthcare practice software experience is an asset
Bring dependable communication, scheduling, and administrative skills to support patients and daily operations at North Vancouver Chiropractic.
