Protect people and property at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre through security operations, incident response, and critical-thinking skills. This is full-time work.
Reporting to the Manager and Team Lead, the Security Services Agent supports safety across the CTCC and surrounding connections. The role serves visitors, clients, staff, and the public while assessing situations and applying discretion. Duties include patrols, investigations, access control, emergency operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor, investigate, patrol, and protect people and property
Facilitate emergency and incident response operations
Manage access cards, locks, keys, and systems
Coordinate event security requests and contracted services




Complete reports, logs, inventories, and regulatory documentation
Requirements: Valid unrestricted Alberta Security Services license
Minimum two years security and incident-response experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Standard Level C First Aid with AED or equivalent
Flexible rotational availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Apply critical thinking, emergency response, access control, and skilled customer service as a Calgary convention centre security agent.
